• Determination of whether a nexus letter can be supported

• $350 Nexus Letter fee is due only if a nexus letter is clinically appropriate
Nexus Letter
$350
• Professionally written nexus letter based on record review and/or clinical evaluation
• Medical rationale and VA-supported language explaining the relationship to military service
• Review of additional records submitted after the initial consultation
• Typical completion time of 7–14 business days after approval and payment
Medical Paperwork
$150
• Review of the request and supporting information
• One clinically appropriate written letter or form for accommodation, disability, leave, or service animal requests
• Secure submission through the HIPAA-compliant platform
* Required only for individuals requesting nexus letter services who are not currently established patients of MisenCare Psychiatry. Established patients may proceed directly to the Nexus Letter service without purchasing the $200 preliminary record review.
